Telecaller

• Conduct outbound calls/emails to prospective customers to generate leads and schedule meetings/demos.

• Understand customer requirements and pitch appropriate products or services.

• Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer and lead information.

• Follow up with inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads or sales.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and improve conversion rates.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demos via phone or online platforms.

• Achieve weekly/monthly sales and lead generation targets.

• Collect and share customer feedback with the product/marketing teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or a similar role.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills.

• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
