Job Summary:
The Telecaller for Business Loan Sales will be responsible for contacting potential business clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering business loan products. The candidate will focus on generating leads, following up on prospects, and converting leads into sales. Strong communication skills, persuasive selling abilities, and an understanding of business loan products are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
Make daily outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads to pitch business loan products.
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and terms clearly to prospective clients.
Lead Generation & Follow-up:
Identify and generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and existing databases.
Regularly follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into successful sales.
Needs Assessment:
Understand the client's financial needs and match them with appropriate loan solutions.
Provide personalized loan options based on client business size, creditworthiness, and needs.
Target Achievement:
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for loan disbursement and client acquisition.
Work closely with the sales manager to strategize and implement effective sales plans.
Required Skills:

Ability to explain financial products clearly and concisely.
Persuasive with excellent sales and negotiation skills.
