About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling
outbound and inbound calls, reaching out to potential customers, explaining our
products/services, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve queries promptly.
• Explain product/service details clearly and convincingly.
• Maintain a database of customer information and update CRM systems.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Prior telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Marathi].
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools).
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Positive attitude, persuasive skills, and willingness to learn
