Telesales Telecaller

we are looking for a confident and motivated Business Development Executive – Telecaller with around 1 - 3 year of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or business development.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with outbound calling, identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and following up with prospects to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and businesses.

• Introduce company services and generate interest among potential clients.

• Identify and qualify prospects through effective questioning.

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling and other calling activities.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

• Follow up with interested prospects and move them through the sales pipeline.

• Understand customer requirements and communicate them to the sales team.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.

• Handle customer objections and queries professionally.

• Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, and conversion targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, lead generation, inside sales, or business development.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident and customer-friendly personality.

• Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to handle objections and rejection positively.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Basic knowledge of CRM and computer applications is an advantage.
