Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, explaining products/services, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain company products and services to customers.
Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, payments, or service updates.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, telesales, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
