Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Interaction & Requirement Gathering

• Engage with clients via calls and WhatsApp to understand their specific care needs (nanny, babysitter, elderly care, or patient care).

• Collect and document detailed requirements, preferences, and expectations for services.

2. Service Coordination

• Share suitable caregiver options with clients and collect their feedback.

• Coordinate introductions and ensure proper caregiver-client matching.

• Follow up with clients to confirm service arrangements and onboarding.

3. Record & Documentation Management

• Maintain accurate daily records of client requests, caregiver availability, and confirmed services.

• Collect and organize necessary caregiver documents and customer agreements.

4. Contract & Payment Oversight

• Monitor service contracts to ensure agreed salary commitments to caregivers are met.

• Coordinate with the accounts/operations team to track contract terms, renewals, and payments.

5. Professionalism & Conduct

• Manage all client and caregiver information with integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

• Maintain a positive, supportive, and solution-driven approach in every interaction.

• Represent the company’s values by ensuring high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction
