Key Responsibilities
Generate leads by contacting potential customers through calls.
Explain holiday and travel packages and understand customer requirements.
Maintain and update customer data accurately in the system.
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead conversion.
Keep records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Generate reports and summaries for internal teams.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
Job Requirements
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass or Graduate with 0–2 years of experience in telesales or lead generation. The role requires good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, strong organizational ability, and the capability to manage multiple calls efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 working days during the Day Shift.
