Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, interacting with customers, explaining services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Follow up with potential customers and schedule callbacks when required.
- Address customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for lead closure and customer support.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
- Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Basic English communication will be an added advantage.
