Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Calling & Follow-ups: Contact potential students from various lead sources and engage them effectively.

• Information & Guidance: Explain program features, eligibility, and career benefits clearly over calls.

• Lead Conversion: Motivate students to take the next step and complete enrollment.

• Data Management: Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM or Excel.

• Daily Reporting: Share daily updates on call performance and targets achieved.

• Coordination: Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams for smooth communication and follow-up.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: Minimum 0- 6months in Tele calling / Inside Sales preferably in the education industry.

• Communication Skills: Excellent spoken communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali ( Mandatory).

• Personality: Confident, presentable ,persuasive, and customer-oriented.

• Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
