Job Description

We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers ( Full Time) to join our growing team. If you have good communication skills and enjoy interacting with people, this is a great opportunity to build your career in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our services clearly.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Schedule an appointments for the Clients and give a counselling to them.
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while communicating with customers.
Follow up with interested clients and maintain proper call records.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about our services.

Requirements:

Good verbal communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages are a plus).
Basic knowledge of computers skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Any Graduate.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales will be an advantage.
