We are hiring a Telecaller for a work-from-home role. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our services, handling basic queries, and maintaining call records.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to leads from the provided database
Explain products/services clearly and politely in Hindi or English
Follow up with interested customers and update call status daily
Achieve daily and weekly calling targets
Maintain basic records in Excel or Google Sheets

Requirements:

Good spoken Hindi (English is a plus)
Confident and polite communication style
Access to a smartphone and stable internet connection
Freshers welcome — no prior experience required
Willing to work 6 days a week
