Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle outbound calling, generate leads, engage with potential and existing clients, and ensure smooth follow-ups to close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell packages.

• Identify and generate qualified leads through effective communication.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client interactions.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the Team Leader/Manager.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Prior experience in telecalling or sales preferred.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Basic computer knowledge for maintaining reports.
