Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and confident Telecaller / Telesales Executives to join our team. The role involves calling prospective students/clients, understanding their requirements, and promoting our courses/services to achieve sales targets.

*Key Responsibilities:

1. *Calling & Follow-ups* - Make outbound calls to leads from database and follow up on inquiries

2. *Sales & Conversion* - Explain course details, benefits, and fees. Convert leads into admissions/sales

3. *Customer Support* - Address queries of students/clients professionally over call and WhatsApp

4. *Data Management* - Maintain daily call reports, lead status, and CRM updates

5. *Target Achievement* - Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales and calling targets

6. *Coordination* - Coordinate with counseling and academic team for admissions process

*Requirements / Skills:

1. *Education:* 12th Pass / Graduate. Freshers & Experienced both can apply

2. *Experience:* 0-2 years in Telecalling / Telesales / Education sales preferred

3. *Communication:* Excellent Hindi + English communication skills. Marathi is an added advantage

4. *Skills:* Good convincing skills, target-oriented, patient, and confident on calls

5. *Tech:* Basic computer knowledge + MS Excel. Experience with CRM is a plus

*Salary & Benefits:

- *Salary:* ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
