Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and professionals to promote IT training programs.

• Handle inbound inquiries via calls and emails related to courses, fees, and batches.

• Explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities to the students.

• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp until closure.

• Maintain records of calls and follow-ups in CRM systems.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead conversions.

• Coordinate with counselors and trainers for student queries.

• Build a strong rapport with students and provide excellent customer service.

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

• Confident, energetic, and self-motivated.

• Ability to convince and convert leads into admissions.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).

• Good listening and interpersonal skills.

• Prior experience in telecalling or education sales is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Salary:

₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Working Hours:

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM | 6 Days a Week
