Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to handle outbound and/or inbound calls, promote products or services, generate leads, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers or handle inbound customer inquiries

• Explain products/services clearly and effectively

• Generate leads and schedule appointments or follow-ups

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information

• Answer customer questions and resolve basic issues

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets

• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• Good communication skills ( Hindi and Malayalam)

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel is a plus)

• Ability to handle rejection and work with targets

• Freshers can apply; experience is an advantage

Work Conditions

• Day shift / Night shift (as per process)

• 6 days working (varies by company)

• 2nd and 4th Sat will be holiday
