Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telecaller (Female) to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and assisting potential clients with property-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate projects

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about properties

• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling

• Maintain and update customer databases regularly

• Follow up with interested clients and schedule site visits

• Coordinate with the sales team for conversions/closures

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

• Female candidates only

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling/tele sales (real estate preferred)

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

• Good follow-up and negotiation skills

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in real estate industry

• Fluency in Hindi and basic English

• Customer-centric approach
