Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain Namah Media’s services (digital marketing, branding, advertising, etc.).

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about company offerings.

• Build and maintain a database of leads, ensuring regular follow-ups.

• Convert prospects into clients by understanding their requirements and suggesting suitable services.

• Maintain professional communication and develop strong client relationships.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.

• Record details of conversations, feedback, and customer needs in the CRM.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead nurturing and closures.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass/Graduate.

• Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role (preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).

• Ability to persuade, negotiate, and build rapport with clients.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
