✅ Job Responsibilities (Kaam):

• Given database / random numbers par outbound calling karna

• Customers ko Personal Loan offer explain karna

• Customer ki basic eligibility check karna (Salary, Job, CIBIL, EMI)

• Interested customers se documents collect karna (WhatsApp)

• Follow-up calls karke file complete karwana

• Bank / Finance team ko complete case forward karna

• Daily calling & lead report maintain karna

• Approval hone ke baad customer ko process samjhana

🎯 Eligibility & Skills:

• Minimum 10th / 12th Pass

• Hindi achhi bolni aani chahiye, basic English bonus

• Thoda bahut mobile / computer / WhatsApp aana chahiye

• Target-oriented & confident bolne ka skill

• Fresher bhi apply kar sakta hai (Training milegi)

💰 Salary & Incentive:

• Fixed Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 / month

• Attractive Incentives per approval / disbursement

• Achha performance par bonus & promotion

🕘 Duty Timing:

• 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• 6 Days Working (Sunday Off)

• Location: Office – Dhampur, Bijnor
