Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telesales Executive exclusively on LAP, Home Loan to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales, explain product features, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Promote products/services and explain their benefits.

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Maintain records of calls and sales in CRM systems.

Address customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues.

Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
