Job Description:

Kartavyam Foundation is seeking a motivated and dedicated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to individuals, promoting our initiatives, generating awareness, and maintaining donor/supporter relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential donors or supporters.

• Explain the organization's mission, programs, and campaigns.

• Maintain call records and update the database regularly.

• Follow up on previous conversations with potential supporters.

• Handle queries with patience and professionalism.

• Work as part of a team to promote social causes and community welfare.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal communication in [ Hindi, English].

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, call logs entry).

• Confidence and polite phone manners.

• Ability to convince and motivate people.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a telecalling or telesales role (6 months to 1 year).

• Passionate about social causes and non-profit work.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
