Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Telecallers to join our team in Andheri West. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. The role involves generating leads, following up with customers, addressing queries, and achieving sales or service targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.

- Explain products and services clearly to customers.

- Follow up on leads and maintain regular customer communication.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.

- Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate team when required.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, or Customer Support Executive.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (additional languages are an advantage).

- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.

- Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
