Job Summary

The Tele Caller is responsible for making outbound and/or inbound calls to customers, explaining products or services, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The role requires good communication skills, patience, and a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

 Make outbound calls to customers as per assigned leads or data

 Handle inbound customer calls and provide required information

 Explain products, services, offers, or schemes clearly to customers

 Follow up with customers on a regular basis

 Maintain accurate call records and customer details in CRM

 Achieve daily and monthly performance targets

 Handle customer queries, complaints, and objections professionally

 Follow company calling scripts, policies, and compliance guidelines

 Coordinate with Team Leader for updates and support
