Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller with experience in Credit card sales to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, strong convincing ability, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Call potential customers to explain and promote credit card products.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable credit card options.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in the CRM system.

Follow up with interested leads to ensure successful conversions.

Provide complete and correct product information while maintaining professionalism.

Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards during sales calls.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: 1–2 years in telecalling or credit card/financial product sales.

Languages: Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written).

Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM handling preferred).
