Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller with experience in Credit card sales to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, strong convincing ability, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers to explain and promote credit card products.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable credit card options.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in the CRM system.

• Follow up with interested leads to ensure successful conversions.

• Provide complete and correct product information while maintaining professionalism.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards during sales calls.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years in telecalling or credit card/financial product sales.

• Languages: Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written).

• Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM handling preferred).

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
