Job Description – Telecaller (Student Support & Counselling)
Position: Telecaller
Department: Student Support / Counselling
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to students to provide complete information about available courses.
Explain course details, duration, syllabus, and fee structure to interested students.
Conduct feedback calls with existing students regarding their learning experience.
Answer students’ queries and provide clear guidance regarding courses and services.
Follow up with students who have made inquiries about courses.
Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and student responses in the system or tracking sheet.
Guide students through the admission process and payment procedure.
Ensure timely communication with students as per management instructions.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Polite and professional telephone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
Ability to handle student queries patiently and effectively.
