Roles and Responsibilities
-Handle inbound calls from customers to generate sales leads.
-Conduct outbound calling campaigns to promote products/services.
-Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics such as conversions, revenue generation, etc.
-Upsell existing clients by identifying opportunities and providing solutions.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
Desired Candidate Profile
-1-6 years of experience in telesales or related field (domestic calling).
-Proficiency in voice processing technology for clear call quality.
-Strong communication skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets consistently.
