The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone with customers and maintaining databases of client information. Your main goal will be to boost sales by reaching out to potential clients and promoting our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries or complaints.

Provide information about products/services and generate interest.

Maintain customer data and update records in the CRM.

Follow up with potential leads through calls, messages, or emails.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

Handle objections and convert potential leads into clients.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams.
