Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller in our real estate company, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our property offerings, and generating leads for our sales team. Your communication skills and ability to build rapport over the phone will play a key role in our customer acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or databases

• Provide information about residential and commercial property listings

• Understand client needs and schedule appointments for property visits

• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM

• Follow up with leads to ensure ongoing interest and build relationships

• Share feedback with the sales team for lead conversion
