Telecaller

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team and promote our training and software development services. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential clients and students, explaining our IT/Non-IT training programs, and coordinating with the business development team to generate leads and maintain strong client relationships.
Make outbound calls to students, professionals, and corporate clients to explain our services (IT & Non-IT training, corporate training, and software development).

• Handle inbound calls and provide detailed information about our training courses and company offerings.

• Maintain and update client/student databases regularly.

• Generate and qualify leads for business development.

• Schedule appointments and follow up with potential clients.

• Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to achieve sales and conversion targets.

• Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction in every call.

Share feedback from clients to improve service quality.
