Position Overview

A Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) in the automobile industry is responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring high satisfaction levels, and supporting sales and after-sales services.

Key Responsibilities

 Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries

 Maintain customer database and update records regularly

 Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer follow-ups

 Ensure timely follow-up on leads, test drives, and service reminders

 Address customer complaints and provide appropriate resolutions

 Conduct feedback calls post vehicle purchase or service
