Job Title: SMRE Telecaller / Service Reminder Executive

Company: Maruti Suzuki Authorised Dealership

Job Role:
Outbound calling to Maruti Suzuki car owners to remind them about due vehicle servicing and book service appointments.

Responsibilities:

Call existing customers for service reminders
Schedule and confirm service appointments
Follow up on pending or missed services
Update customer details in CRM/DMS
Maintain polite and professional communication

Eligibility:

Minimum 12th pass
Basic Hindi & local language communication
Telecalling / customer service experience preferred

Salary:
₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month + incentives
