Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide basic information about the company's products and services.
Understand customer requirements and share qualified leads with the sales team.
Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems and databases.
Follow up with interested clients and schedule appointments or demonstrations as required.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate concerns to the relevant department when necessary.
Ensure proper documentation of all customer interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-friendly attitude with professional phone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM systems.
