We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Marocs Facility Services. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹18,000 - ₹20,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers to promote and sell insurance products.
Generate leads and follow up with new customers.
Approach existing customers for policy renewals and additional insurance products.
Conduct telephonic and field follow-ups for pending EMI and loan payments.
Ensure timely collection of due and overdue payments.
Achieve daily and weekly sales and collection targets.
Handle customer queries and payment-related issues professionally.
Maintain accurate customer data, follow-up records, and collection status
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
