We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller (Female) to join our team at Market HR Solutions.
The role involves handling client calls, managing information accurately, and supporting key communication and administrative processes. This position offers a competitive in-hand salary and excellent opportunities for career growth.
Make outbound and inbound calls to clients/customers and explain company services.
Maintain accurate call records and update information in the system.
Verify data accuracy and report any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Organize and maintain client records for easy access and follow-up.
Support administrative and coordination tasks for other departments.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communications.
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: Fresher or up to 2 years (BPO/Telecalling experience preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
Must be open to working 6 days a week during day shifts.
