Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for loan collections, renewals, or product awareness.

• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.

• Provide complete details of financial products and services offered by Manba Finance.

• Follow up with customers for EMI payments, overdue accounts, or required documentation.

• Maintain customer records and update information in the system/CRM.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and collection targets.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department/manager.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI/NBFC guidelines during customer interaction.
