We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Madras City Properties.com. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
Explain real estate projects, including plots, villas, houses, and other properties.
Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location, and property needs.
Generate qualified leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
Convince interested customers to schedule property site visits.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer meetings and site visits.
Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow-up details.
Update customer information in CRM or company records.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0 - 2 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
