Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

  • Explain tour packages, hotel bookings, and travel services

  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings

  • Follow up with customers via calls and Whats App

    Job Requirements:

    • Female candidate only

    • Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

    • Confident speaking ability and pleasant personality

    • Experience in travel, sales, or customer support is an advantage

    • Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)

Working Hours:

  • Full Time (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
