Job Title: Telecaller – Travel Industry

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our travel team. The role involves calling potential customers, introducing our travel services, and inviting them to explore exclusive travel offers, holiday packages, and membership plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Inform customers about travel packages, holiday deals, and services.

Invite customers for meetings, presentations, or to visit the office/website.

Maintain a friendly and professional conversation with customers.

Generate leads and follow up with interested clients.

Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.

Handle basic customer queries and provide accurate information.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus).

Confident and polite speaking skills.

Basic knowledge of travel services is preferred.

Ability to convince and engage customers.
