Telesales Telecaller

About the Role

Lokansh Wealth Private Limited is looking for a professional, confident, and target-oriented Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their financial requirements, explaining relevant loan and financial solutions, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team throughout the customer journey.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who are comfortable speaking with customers, maintaining accurate records, and working in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers and generate qualified leads.

• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about available financial and loan products.

• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and application procedures clearly.

• Follow up with leads regularly through calls and other approved communication channels.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, lead status, and follow-ups.

• Update customer and lead information in the company's CRM, databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth lead conversion and timely follow-up.

• Identify customer queries, resolve basic concerns, and escalate complex matters to the appropriate team.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

• Prepare and share regular reports related to calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Ensure all customer information and company data remain confidential.

• Maintain professional communication and a positive customer experience at every interaction.

• Follow company policies, processes, and applicable compliance requirements.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
