We are seeking an enthusiastic Telecaller to bring their loans expertise to our team at SALLAH Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai, Sakinaka. This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹12000 - ₹20000 + good incentives in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information to customers on our products to generate interest.

• Develop a rapport with clients by addressing their questions and engaging with a customer-first approach.

Job Requirements:

The candidate should bring 0 - 0.5 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in Marathi, Hindi & English. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A Below & above 10th is required, with a commitment to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
