We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The role involves engaging with potential clients over phone calls, explaining project details, generating leads, and scheduling site visits for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and prior experience in real estate telecalling or sales support.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain real estate project details.
Generate leads and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential buyers.
Convince and motivate clients to visit project sites for further discussion.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and inquiries.
Maintain an updated database of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM/software.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handling and closure.
Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and provide accurate information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate (any stream).
1–3 years of experience as a telecaller, preferably in the real estate domain.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM or MS Excel.
Strong patience and ability to handle client objections.
