Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Explain ISP plans, offers, and services clearly
Handle customer queries and objections confidently
Convert leads into successful sales
Maintain call records and follow-up details
Achieve daily and monthly calling & sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in telecalling (ISP experience preferred)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work independently (for WFH role)
Target-oriented and self-motivated
