Telesales Telecaller

We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join our team at LIGHTYEAR NETWORKS PRIVATE LIMITED. The role involves generating leads, making outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, promoting our internet and connectivity services, and converting prospective customers into clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate new sales leads.

• Promote and explain the company's Internet, Broadband, FTTH, and Internet Leased Line (ILL) services.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable connectivity solutions.

• Follow up with leads regularly through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

• Handle customer queries, objections, and provide appropriate information about plans and services.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for feasibility, installation, and service-related requirements.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead-generation, and sales targets.

• Prepare regular reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and pending opportunities.

• Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass / Graduate, with 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, tele-sales, telecom, broadband, ISP, or B2B sales preferred. The role requires good communication and convincing skills, customer-handling ability, a target-oriented approach, and basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets. Candidates should be comfortable speaking in Hindi and English and should be able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.

Candidates must be open to working Monday to Saturday during the day shift.
