Job Description – Telecaller / Client Meeting Coordinator

Position: Telecaller / Client Meeting Coordinator

Experience: 1–2 Years

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Location: Mahavir Nagar, Kandivali West, Mumbai

Job Role

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller / Client Meeting Coordinator to handle client calling, generate interest in interior design services, and fix meetings/site visits with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Call potential and existing leads for interior design and turnkey interior projects.

• Understand the client’s basic requirements, budget and project details.

• Explain the company’s interior design and execution services professionally.

• Fix meetings and site visits with interested clients.

• Follow up with clients regularly and maintain proper communication.

• Maintain daily calling and lead records in Excel.

• Update lead status, follow-up dates, meeting schedules and client requirements.

• Coordinate with the sales/design team regarding confirmed meetings.

• Achieve monthly calling, follow-up and meeting targets.

• Ensure all client information and follow-up records are updated on time.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in tele calling, sales, customer handling or interior-related calling.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English; Marathi is an added advantage.

• Confident and professional while speaking with clients.

• Basic knowledge of Excel for maintaining records and reports.

• Good follow-up and convincing skills.

• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

• Basic understanding of residential interior work will be an advantage.
