Telecaller

We are seeking a skilled Tele Caller. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to a list of leads, primarily architects, to inquire about their interest in our products. Your primary goal will be to engage in conversations, build rapport, and gather information about their potential interest in our products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Call a list of pre-identified architects to inquire about their interest in products.

2. Communication: Establish effective communication with architects, listen to their needs, and respond accordingly.

3. Data Collection: Gather relevant information about architects, including their contact details, project requirements, and decision-making processes.

4. Follow-up: Schedule follow-up calls or meetings with architects who have expressed interest in products.

Requirements:

1. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

2. No Target: No sales targets or quotas, focusing on building relationships and gathering information.

3. Positive Attitude: A positive and professional attitude, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Qualifications:

1. Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.

2.  Any Graduate /Diploma / HSC.
