We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecaller to join our Health & Life Insurance sales team. In this role, you will contact potential and existing customers to promote and sell health and life insurance policies. You will be responsible for explaining policy features, answering queries, and guiding customers toward the right insurance coverage based on their needs.
Make outbound calls to leads provided and pitch health and life insurance products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Clearly explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and claim processes.
Handle objections and provide accurate information to assist customers in decision-making.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful sales.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Stay informed about product updates, IRDAI regulations, and industry trends.
Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in telecalling, telesales, or insurance sales preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Language fluency in [English / Hindi / Local Language].
