Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Lampzon products/services.
Convert leads into successful sales by effectively presenting product benefits.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
Handle customer queries professionally and resolve concerns promptly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
0–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Hindi and basic English is preferred.
