Telecallers (Male/Female) - 2positions

Experience: 2 years+

Fresher :22,000/-

Salary: 23,000pm to 26,000pm

Qualifications: Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline

•Counsel students on various programs offered by ICFAI University.

•Counseling Students and parents about our courses.

•Clarifying the doubts of students and parents.

•Responsible to handle inbound and outbound calls, cold calling, and timely follow-ups

•Calling Leads and giving them information about programs offered by ICFAI University and generating walk inns.

•Managing fee structure programs.

•Generating references from students.

•Follow-ups and closing the inquiries into admissions.

•Should have Strong communication skills, powerful convincing skills.

•Should be active, capable of taking initiative and target-oriented.

•Qualifications: Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline.
