Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads.

• Interact with potential and existing customers through emails, telephone calls.

• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your region.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate or HSC with minimum 1 years of experience in the BPO sector.

• Good communication & convincing skills is a must.

Qualification:

• Minimum HSC with 1+ years of relevant experience.

Work Experience:

• Min 1 year in Voice Process.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
