Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our services, generating leads, and coordinating with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients.

• Share accurate information about products/services clearly.

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

• Maintain call records and update lead status.

• Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments.

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus).

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass.

• Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.

• Prior telecalling/sales experience preferred, but not mandatory.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage.
